When the Governor, or the Crown Agents acting on hisbehalf shall deem it expedient to raise money by the issue of
Sierra Leone stock, then such stock shall be issued in England
by the Crown Agents under the provisions of the Act of the
Imperial Parliament entitled " The Colonial Stock Act, I877 ",
upon the best and most favourable terms that can be obtained.
