Section 15, The Customs Tariff Ordinance

(1) Power of Governor in Council to vary Schedules 1, 2 and 3 andthe rates of duties imposed by the general tariff in special cases.
(2) Interim Order to be confirmed, amended or revoked by House of
Representatives.
(3) Excess duty to be refunded when Order expires.
(4) Refund of deposit.
