Section 3, The Church Missionary Short title

All contracts. covenants and agreements heretofore made orentered into by any person or persons whomsoever with the Church Missionary Trust Association, or any person or persons on their behalf as to or concerning the lands described in the Schedule hereto, shall be deemed and taken to have been made or entered into with the Sierra Leone Church Committee, and shall be executed and enforced by the Sierra Leone Church Committee in the like manner as if the Sierra Leone Church Committee had originally been party thereto instead of the Church Missionary Trust Association, and all proceedings whatsoever which have been, or might, or may have been commenced, taken or done in the name of the Church Missionary Trust Association on behalf of the Church Missionary Society shall and may be commenced, continued, taken or done in the name of the Sierra Leone Church Committee in like manner (in the case of proceedings already commenced, taken or done) as if the Sierra Leone Church Committee had originally been party thereto instead of the Church Missionary Trust Association.
