Section 3, The Countess of Hunting- Short title

All contracts, covenants and agreements heretofore madeor entered into by any person whomsoever with the Countess of Huntingdon's Connexion or the Missionary Committee or any person on their behalf as to or concerning the lands described in the schedule hereto, shall be deemed and taken to have been made or entered into with the Missionary Association, and shall be executed and enforced by the Missionary Association in the like manner as if the Missionary Association had originally been party thereto, and all proceedings whatsoever which have been, or might, or may have been commenced, taken or done in the name of the Countess of Huntingdon's Connexion or the Missionary Committee or any other person on their behalf shall and may be commenced, continued, taken or done in the name of the Missionary Association in like manner (in the case of proceedings already commenced, taken or done) as if the Missionary Association had originally been party thereto.
