Section 3: For the purpose of this Ordinance, the Foreign Missionary

Society of the United Brethren in Christ shall be constituted in the manner provided in the Articles of Association of the said Society filed in the office of the Secretary of State of the State of Ohio, in the United States of America, on the thirteenth day of February, 1906, and recorded in volume 109, at page 562, of the Records of Incorporations, kept at the same office. A copy of the said Articles, and any alterations or amendments made thereto, shall be deposited, registered, and kept in the office of the Registrar General, and a copy of the said I United Brethren in Christ [Cap. 282 Articles, when duly certified by the Registrar General, shall be conclusive evidence thereof in any Court of law.
