Section 14, The Diamond Corporations Agreement (1959) (Ratification) Ordinance

THE existing Agreements between the Government and Dicosildated the Twentieth day of January One thousand nine hundred and fifty-six shall be cancelled by mutual consent and in lieu thereof the Government shall secure the grant to Dicosil for each year during the currency of this Agreement of such Alluvial Diamond Dealer's Licence or Alluvial Diamond Dealers' Licences without deposit or fee as may be necessary to the conduct of that Company's business.
