Section 107, Cap. 287

Every dividend warrant may, unless otherwise directed, be sent bypost to the last registered address of the member entitled thereto, and the receipt of the person whose name at the date of the declaration of the dividend appears on the register of members as the owner of any share, or where the dividend is expressed to be payable to members registered on some other date the receipt of the person whose name appears at that other date in the register of members as the owner of any share, or in the case of joint holders of any one of such joint holders, shall be a good discharge to the Compan.y for all payments made in respect of such shares. No unpaid dividend or interest shall bear interest as against the Company.
