Save as herein expressly provided, no person other than a memberduly registered, and who shall have paid everything for the time being due from him and payable to the Company in respect of his shares, shall be entitled to be present or to vote on any question either personally or by proxy, or to be reckoned in a quorum at any General Meeting.
