Section 78: The Company may by Extraordinary Resolution-

(a) appoint any person a Director, so, however, that the prescribed maximum be not exceeded nor shall the number of Directors so appointed exceed two in office at any one time; (b) remove any Director except a Director appointed under Article 75 before the expiration of his period of office and appoint another person in his stead.
