Section 85, Cap. 287

The Directors may from time to time and at any time establish anddelegate any of their powers to local boards or committees or employ agencies for managing any of the affairs of the Company in Sierra Leone or elsewhere, and may appoint any persons to be members of such boards or committees or to be managers or agents, and may fix their remuneration. Any such boards or committees shall in the exercise of the powers so delegated conform to any rules and regulations that may be imposed on them by the Directors, who may revoke, annul or vary any such appointments, rules or regulations.
