Section 6, The Development of Industries (Assistance) Rules

(l) Every loan shall be repayable within a period to Repayment.be fixed by the Board, which shall not exceed twelve years
without the prior approval of the Governor.
(2) Repayments shall be made in such manner as the Board
may approve, which shall be specified in the contract of loan.
