Section 17, The Escheat Ordinance

The Registrar General is hereby required at all times,upon notice to that effect from the Court, to attend the Court either in person or by clerk or deputy and to produce all or any of the records or registers of his office and, when such notice is given on behalf of any party to a proceeding, such party shall pay the costs of such attendance and production.
