Section 21, The Escheat Ordinance

After the certificate shall have become indefeasible byreason of no appeal against the decision of the Court being entered or by reason ofan appeal, if entered, not being sustained, the property escheated shall form part of the general revenue and be subject to be dealt with, disposed of, and appropriated according to the provisions hereinbefore contained for that purpose.
