Section 30, The Debtors' Ordinance

If such judgment debtor is arrested or in custody, heshall be brought before the Court at the first convenient opportunity, and shall then, or if an order to show cause as aforesaid has been made, he shall, on appearing on the return day of the order, have opportunity of showing cause why he should not be committed to prison.
