Section 44, Cap 45

The Official Administrator shall in every year in themonth of April transmit to the Financial Secretary, to be laid before the House of Representatives, a return of all monies paid, received and invested in respect of all the estates of deceased persons administered by him during the preceding year, distinguishing the particular estate in which the same have been so received, paid or invested, and he shall also publish twice in every year, in the months of April and October a like return in the Gazette in respect of the six months ending on the 31st day of December and 30th day of June, respectively.
