Section 1: In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires–

“Agency” means the Sierra Leone Investment and
Export Promotion Agency established by section 2;
“Board” means the Board of Directors established by
section 3;
“Chief Executive Officer” means the Chief Executive
Officer appointed under section 13;
“Minister” means the Minister responsible for trade.
