(1) In the discharge of its functions under this Act, the Board may-
(a) direct the Chief Executive to furnish it
with any information, report or other
documents which the Board considers
necessary for the performance of its
functions;
Disclosure of
interest.
Powers of
(b) give instructions to the Chief Executive in
connection with the management and
performance of the functions of the Agency.
