Section 50I, The Other Financial Services (Amendment) Act, 2007.

(1) Subject to subsection (2), a licence under this Part shallexpire one year from the date of issue.
(2) A licence that has been renewed in accordance with
the provisions of this Part shall continue in force for a period of one
year from the date of the renewal, subject to section 50M.
