Section 50K, The Other Financial Services (Amendment) Act, 2007.

(1) The Central Bank shall keep in such form as it thinksfit a register of the licence holders under this Part specifying – (a) in relation to each licence holder- (i) name of the holder; (ii) the address of the principal place of business at which the holder carries on the business; (iii) where the business is carried on under a name or style other than the name of the licence holder, the name or style under which the business is carried on; Cessation of activity on loss of representative. to enquire into securities transactions of licence holders. . Period of licence. Grant of representative’s licence. Notification of change of particulars. 18 19 Regiister of licence holders. No. 4 Other Financial Services (Amendement) Act 2007No. 4 Other Financial Services (Amendement) Act 2007 (iv) the activities covered by the licence; and (v) such other information as the Central Bank may determine; and (b) in relation to each holder of a representative’s licence also– (i) the name of the dealer, broker, investment adviser or fund manager in relation to whom the licence was issued; and (ii) where the business of that dealer, broker, investment adviser or fund manager is carried on under a name or style other than the name of the dealer, broker, investment adviser or fund manager, the name or style under which that business is carried on. (2) Where a licence holder has ceased to be licensed, the Central Bank shall make a note to that effect in the register and may delete any reference to that person in respect of any such licence at the end of such period as the Central Bank thinks appropriate.
