No. 2 2025 Sierra Leone The Appropriation Act, 2025 Being an Act to authorise expenditure from the Consolidated Fund for the services of Sierra Leone for the year 2025 and for other related matters. ENACTED by the President and Members of Parliament in this present Parliament assembled. [ ] WHEREAS it is necessary to make provision for the issue from the Consolidated Fund of sums of money necessary to meet the expenditure to carry on the services of the Government. The Amount provided for Salaries and Wages is the provision for the Financial Year 2025 for all Ministries, Departments and Agencies, including Government's contribution to Social Security as Employer to the Social Security Scheme. Note 3. Contingency Fund (Allocated) which is 0.4% of Estimated Total Recurrent Revenue.
