The sum of twenty seven billion seven hundred and sixteenmillion three hundred and fifty seven thousand four hundred Leones
shall be and is hereby granted to His Excellency the President for and
during the year two thousand and twenty five to be applied and
expended in the manner described and for the several services set
forth in the Schedule.
