Section 14, The Prevention and Control of Hiv and Aids Act, 2007

(1) Every testing centre shall provide pre-test and posttest counseling to a person undergoing an HIV test and any otherperson likely to be affected by the results of such test. (2) The Minister shall enhance the capacity of testing centres by ensuring the training of competent personnel to provide the services required by this Act to be provided at such centres.
