Section 25, The Prevention and Control of Hiv and Aids Act, 2007

(1) A person’s freedom of abode, lodging or travel withinor outside Sierra Leone shall not be denied or restricted on the grounds only of the person’s actual, perceived or suspected HIV status. (2) No person shall be quarantined, placed in isolation, refused lawful entry or deported from Sierra Leone on the grounds only of the person’s actual, perceived or suspected HIV status.
