Section 5, The Prevention and Control of Hiv and Aids Act, 2007

(1) The Government shall ensure the provision of basicinformation and instruction on HIV and AIDS prevention and control to– (a) employees of all Government Ministries, Departments, Agencies and local councils; (b) employees of private and informal sectors. (2) The information provided under subsection (1) shall cover issues such as confidentiality in the workplace and towards infected employees and workers stigma and discrimination .
