WHEREAS by the 1961/62 Appropriation Ordinance (No. 6 Ord. No. 6of 1961,) a sum not exceeding fifteen million two hundred and thirty- of 1961.three thousand, nine hundred and sixty-three pounds was providedfor the service of Sierra Leone for the year nineteen hundred and sixty-one/sixty-two: AND WHEREAS it has become necessary to provide for expendij- £263,463ture from the Consolidated Revenue Fund of a further sum oftwo hundred and sixty-three thousand, four hundred and sixty-threepounds in excess of the provision in the said Appropriation Ordinance for the several services set forth in the First Schedule hereto.
