Section 3, An ordinance to make supplementary provision for the service of Sierra Leone for the year 1961-62

The said sum of two hundred and sixty-three thousandfour hundred and sixty-three pounds shall be andhereby declared to be charged upon and made payablefrom and out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund forthe year nineteen hundred and sixty-one/sixty-two andthe payment thereof shall be taken to begin immediatelyafter the enactment of this Ordinance:Provided that in the case of the sums authorised by theMinister of Finance to be issued from the ContingenciesFund the payment thereof shall be taken to begin onthe date of the Warrant authorising such payment.4.
