Section 14, Centre Act, 2025

(1) The Executive Director shall - (a) be the head of the administration of the Centre and shall be responsible for - (i) the day-to-day administration and management of the affairs of the Centre, its funds and property; (ii) ensuring the operational effectiveness of the Centre; (iii) strengthening inter-agency collaboration and cooperation with Ministries, Departments and Agencies, Civil Society Organisations and other nonstate actors; (b) coordinate secretariat services for the effective functioning of the Board; and (c) be responsible for the implementation of the decisions of the Board.
