(1) An action or other proceedings shall not lie or beinstituted against a member of the Board, a member of a committee of
the Board for or in respect of an act or thing done or omitted to be
done in good faith in the exercise of his functions under this Act.
(2) A member of the Board shall not be personally liable for
any debt or obligation of the Centre.
