Section 1, The Pensions short title(Amendment) Ordinance, 1961

This Ordinance may be cited as the Pensions short title(Amendment) Ordinance, 1961, and shall be deemed to have come and cominto operation on the lst day of January, 1959. mencement. 2, Subsection (1) of section l6 of the Pensions Ordinance, Amendment1950, as replaced by the Pensions (Amendment) Ordinance, 1959, of section 16 is hereby amended of Ordinance (a) by the deletion of the words probation or " in the 1950 as re No. 2 of second line thereof; and placed by (6) by the deletion of the words "in which he has been No. 15 of Ordinance confirmed" in the fourth and ifth lines thereof. 1959.
