Mining Ordinançe, 1956
RE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of Sierra Leone, as follows:

Section 1 — This Ordinance may be cited as the Alluvial Diamond Short title

Mining (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance, 1961, and shall come into and com
operation on the 1st day of April, 1961. mencement.

Section 2

Section 29 and paragraphs (o) and (p) of subsection (2) Repeal ofof section 30 of the Alluvial Diamond Mining Ordinance, 1956 ar sec. 29 and
hereby repealed. paras. (o)
and (p) of
sec. 30 (2) of
