(1) Upon application in the form set out in the Second Schedule, a liccnsi111 officer may issue a licence to ren and extract a
prot.octed tree, subject to such conditions as he may enter in the licence.
(2) A protected tree Iioence shall be in the ronn set out in the
Ninth Schedule.

of such rees as may be specified therein.
