Section 11, The Finance Act, 2015

Section 31 of the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2009 is amendedby repealing and replacing subsection (3) with the following new subsection– “(3) The GST invoice issued by a GST registered person shall be printed under the authority and direction of the Minister responsible for finance, whether printed by the National Revenue Authority or an authorized agent”
