The Third Schedule to the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2009 isamended by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after
paragraph 4–
“5. A charge of Le50,000.00 shall be imposed on
each GST Relief Purchase Order (GRPO)
booklet issued for the purpose of administering
institutional reliefs.”
