(1) A controlling interest in a private partner's companymay be transferred to third parties only with the consent of the
contracting authority, given in accordance with the terms of the PPP
(2) A PPP Agreement shall set forth the conditions under
which the consent of the contracting authority shall be given pursuant
to subsection (1).
