Section 32, The Public Private Partnership Act, 2014

(1) The Unit shall keep proper books of accounts andproper records in relation to them in a form approved by the Auditor-
General.
(2) The books of accounts referred to in subsection (1),
shall be audited by the Auditor-General or an auditor appointed by
him within three months after the end of each financial year.
