(1) Except for a PPP Agreement awarded pursuant toparagraph (b) of Section 54, the contracting authority, in conjunction
with the Unit, shall cause a notice of PPP Agreement award to be
published in the prescribed manner.
(2) A notice issued under subsection (1) shall identify
the private partner, contracting authority and include a summary of
the essential terms of the PPP Agreement.
