Section 61, The Public Private Partnership Act, 2014

(1) Any disputes between the contracting authority andthe private partner shall be settled through the dispute settlement mechanisms agreed by the parties or, in the event of a failure of such mechanisms, in accordance with the applicable Sierra Leone legislation. (2) The parties may agree to binding international arbitration, which will form part of PPP Agreements, mediation facilitated by the Unit or a statutory utility sector regulator, if established.
