Section 74, The Sierra Leone Correctional Service Act, 2014

Whenever it appears to the officer in charge that it isdesirable for the good order and discipline of the correctional centre for an inmate to be segregated and not to work or be located in association with other inmates, it shall be lawful for that officer to order the segregation of the inmate for such period as may be necessary.
