Section 1: Subsection (2) of section 40 of the Petroleum (Exploration and
Status not yet checkedProduction) Act, 2011., Sierra Leone
Production) Act 2011 is repealed and replaced by the following
subsection:–
“(2) A summary of each petroleum licence and
any accompanying agreement between the State
and the licensee shall be published in the Gazette
by the Director–General.”
