Section 16, The Trade Marks Act, 2014

(1) A licence contract concerning the registration of atrade mark or an application for registration shall be submitted to the
Registrar who shall keep its contents confidential but shall record it
and publish a reference to it.
(2) A licence contract shall not be valid against third
parties until it has been filed with the Registrar.
