Section 21, The Trade Marks Act, 2014

(1) There shall continue to be a register of trade marks. (2) Collective marks shall be registered in a special section
of the register of trade marks.
(3) There shall be recorded in the register entries required
(4) The register of trade marks shall be open to the public
and any person may obtain an extract from the register in accordance
with this Act.
