Section 36, The Trade Marks Act, 2014

(1) The Registrar may, subject to approval of the Tribunal,award costs and direct how and by which parties they are to be paid
in proceedings under this Act.
(2) The order for costs may, by leave of the Tribunal, be
enforced in the same manner as a judgment or order of the Tribunal.
