Section 51, The Trade Marks Act, 2014

(1) The provision of any international or regional treatyor agreement in respect of trade marks to which Sierra Leone is a party shall apply to this Act or any regulation made under it. (2) Any trade mark registered overseas by virtue of an international or regional treaty or agreement shall also be published in Sierra Leone in addition to the international and regional publication.
