Section 21, The Judicial Service Commission Regulations, 1968

(1) The Commission may impose any of the followingpunishments as a result of proceedings under this Part
(a) dismissal for misconduct:
(b) reduction in rank or seniority:
(c) reduction in salary:
(d) deferment of increment ;
(e) stoppage of increment;
() reprimand.
