Section 110, The Mines and Minerals Act, 2009

(1) A large-scale mining licence in the prescribed formshall– No. 12 Mines and Minerals Act 2009No. 12 Mines and Minerals Act 200986 87 (2) There shall be appended to a large-scale mining licence– (a) the programme of mining operations approved by the Director; (b) a certified copy of the agreement between the applicant and the owners of the land over which the large-scale mining licence is granted; (c) particulars of the programme for the employment and training of citizens of Sierra (d) a certified copy of the approved environmental management programme; and (e) particulars of the applicant’s proposals with respect to the procurement of goods and services obtainable within Sierra Leone, which shall form part of the terms and conditions of the large-scale
