Section 67, The Mines and Minerals Act, 2009

The holder of a reconnaissance licence may from time totime, notify the Director of amendments he wishes to make to his
programme of reconnaissance operations and such amendments shall,
unless the Director rejects them within one month after being notified,
have effect after such period.
