Section 82, The Mines and Minerals Act, 2009

The holder of an exploration licence may from time to time,notify the Minister of amendments he wishes to make to his
programme of exploration operations and such amendments shall,
unless the Minister rejects them within sixty calendar days after being
notified, have effect after such period.
