Section 30, The Payment Systems Act, 2009

Where a participant in a Central Bank system or a designatedsystem is wound up or placed in administration, the person at whose
instance the winding up order or the administration order, as the case
may be, was issued, shall lodge a copy of the order with the Central
Bank.
