(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act shall have comeinto operation on the 1st day of September, 2009.
(2) Sections 46, 47, 48, 51, 55, 58, 60, 62, 72, 73, 74, 75, 77,
78, 80, 81, 84, 88, 93 and 95 shall be deemed to have come into operation
on the 15th day of June, 2009.
