Section 77, The Goods and Services Tax Act, 2009

A person who contravenes section 47 commits an offenceand is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Le 2,000,000 or to
imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both the fine
and imprisonment.
